Assignments

When you register, Norway Consulting stores your profile and CV and uses them to suggest assignments to you and stay in touch. How we handle personal data is described in the privacy statement.

Register with your CV and contact details in the form above.

Step 2

We contact you about assignments

When we have an assignment that may suit you, we get in touch. If you find it interesting, we first have a conversation to clarify the practical details.

Step 3

Match and proposal

In an informal meeting we go through your profile, rate, practical matters and how you fit the client's assignment. We then write a proposal that presents your skills and the other points clearly and concisely.

Step 4

Interview with the client

The interview is a mutual meeting: the client gets to know you and how you can help them, and you find out whether this is an assignment you want to be part of.

Step 5

Contract

If both you and the client want to work together, we agree on a contract. Norway Consulting is the contracting party towards the client and towards you. In short, we take care of the practical side from A to Z: the contract, onboarding and the administration along the way. You only need to think about one thing: doing a good job for the client.

Step 6

Follow-up

We want you to thrive and succeed, so we check in regularly to hear how the project is going and what we can help with. Do not hesitate to contact us with questions before the start or during the assignment. You have a supporter and sparring partner to lean on whenever you need it.

We help place you in assignments on some of Norway's largest and most exciting IT projects, which can otherwise be difficult to secure on your own. You are relieved of a great deal of administration.

Entirely non-committal

There is no obligation whatsoever in being part of our database. You decide for yourself whether the assignments we present are of interest to you. This means you are completely free to choose assignments, whether through us or on your own.

Every assignment in which you succeed and the client is satisfied will contribute to building strong references that will serve you well further in your career – whether through us or on your own.
