How you become a consultant with us

Register and receive assignment opportunities

Send us your CV and contact details through the form, and we get in touch with assignment openings you can apply for.

Establish mutual fit with the client

When an interesting opening comes up, we clarify everything from technical skills and personal fit to rate, logistics and availability, so you land the right assignment.

Contract, onboarding, follow-up

When both the client and the consultant agree, we sign a contract. You will receive support with onboarding, and from there it is up to you to deliver for the client. Norway Consulting is there to assist you throughout the entire assignment with any commercial or administrative challenges that may arise. We work as a team to create value for the client.

How do you get assignments?

    We work with several exciting companies and receive ongoing enquiries from businesses in need of IT expertise.

    As soon as we identify an assignment that matches your competency profile, we will let you know. We manage the entire process from start to finish until the contract is signed and you are safely onboarded with the client.

    We can also work proactively for you: we present your profile to the clients we work with who need your particular expertise. Keep in touch with your broker along the way.

We stay in dialogue with both you and the client for as long as you are on assignment through us, to keep the delivery predictable and handle anything that comes up. We work as a team. Think of us as a sparring partner on your side.
