Fullstack Developer – React, Java, AI-assisted Development

Project description

Ensure a safe launch, further development and maintenance of a portal replacing a legacy portal.

Team

You will currently work as the sole developer, in close dialogue with sales, customer service and the commercial side, to improve, maintain and further develop the portal.

Responsibilities

• Further develop and maintain the portal, primarily using AI tools such as Claude Code
• Add limited new functionality based on input from sales and customers
• Quality-assure AI-generated code: read, understand and validate the logic before it goes into production
• Ensure stable operation of a business-critical system handling billing for 2,500 customers
• Assess what can safely be developed AI-driven, and what requires greater control

Requirements

Must have:

• AI-first way of working
• Production code with AI tools
• Java
• Experience with React, or other modern frontend frameworks
• Code review and validation of AI-generated code
• Systematic and precise working style

Nice to have:

• Angular
• Vue.js
• Next.js
