Vi søker en test og migrerings leder til en stor internasjonal kunde.

Role description:
– The test and migration lead will head the test and migration activities from planning & initiation to go-live.

– Key responsibilities will be to lead the designing phase for both test and migration, secure end-to-end planning and managing all test-activities and data migration processes.

– The test and migration lead will work with business and several technical teams, e.g. Card transaction, ERP, CRM, to build the test strategy and plans as well as the data migration logic and transformation.

– The role includes preparing formal test specifications for functional testing, specifying and managing test environments, and leading data load and testing activities throughout the life cycle of an implementation.

– The test and migration lead must manage assigned risks and monitor potential impacts as part of the test and data migration plan and be responsible for managing and reporting activities, issues and risks.

– The test and migration lead will work with technical teams to ensure that plans, tools and environments is fit for purpose at each phase of the project.

Responsibilities:
– Establish a test and migration strategy for full scope of NCP.

– Work with subject matter experts and project workstream leads to identify, define, assemble, document and communicate test and migration objectives and requirements.

– Prepare test and migration plans including migration risk, milestones, quality and business sign-off requirements and process.

– Identify test and migration impact of all proposed change.

– Plan and perform Integration, End-to-End and System testing.

– Test data management, ensuring consistent test data across platforms in test scope, covering identified test cases.

– Review as is data quality and putting in place plans to address any required data quality improvements for both test and migration.

– Develop and design appropriate test tools and procedures for interface testing, device testing, data migration testing, and other areas required by the project.

– Communicate and document test results and defect resolutions during all phases of testing.

– Implement test automation practices and consistency in preparation for a DevOps environment.

– Define, build and maintain test environments and continuous testing capabilities across the platforms in the NCP Eco system (including Eazyfuel, JDE, Salesforce, Retail platforms (site systems and payment front-end processor), digital platforms (Mobile Payment, Portals etc.), and core integrations (partners and payment services).

– Establish and manage sandbox environments for development, demo and training purposes across the platforms in the NCP Eco system, and establish procedures for quickly commissioning and decommissioning new test environments.

Rolle: Test- og migrerings leder

Kompetansekrav:
– Minimum five years of experience developing, installing or supporting test and migration and writing and performing software test scripts in a development environment
– Strong understanding of various testing cycles and release activities
– Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
– Technical experience in many areas of retails and card operations and system Development
– Knowledge of test and migration framework and tools, example: Testrail
– Strong verbal/written communication skills
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
