We are looking for up to three fullstack developers for a large modernisation project at a public agency. The project will build a new system for a central register and streamline how the authorities report, share and use data.
You will be part of a cross-functional team of architects, functional leads, testers and developers, where the entire team is responsible for delivering production-ready functionality with automated tests. You will work with microservices in Spring Boot and Java/Kotlin on the backend, and React and TypeScript on the frontend. Your responsibilities
Develop and maintain components in line with the agency's architecture, agile methods and established patterns
Implement user stories from the team's product backlog in accordance with acceptance criteria
Address non-functional requirements, including logging, tracing, metrics and dashboards
Write automated tests and ensure good test coverage
Ensure high code quality so that the codebase is straightforward to maintain going forward
Fix defects and document the solutions you develop
Use AI tools effectively and responsibly in development work
Coordinate with others inside and outside the team to ensure coherence across solutions
You will also contribute to building competence within the agency, enabling their staff to maintain the solutions going forward.
We are looking for someone with
Experience with system development in Java or Kotlin within agile teams
Experience with frontend development in React and TypeScript
Experience developing and consuming REST services
Familiarity with relational databases
Familiarity with cloud, microservices, containers, PaaS and Kubernetes/OpenShift
Experience with AI tools in development work
Experience working in complex system landscapes with large volumes and high performance requirements is an advantage. Experience from similar assignments will be viewed favourably.
