Responsiblities:

Participate in technology road maps and ensure an effective technology watch.

Conduct technical reviews and evaluate existing designs and technology choices.

Participate in fostering a community of technical excellence, knowledge sharing, developing cross-center collaboration and harmonization.

Define and promote standards, best practices and lessons learned.

Contribute to world-class expertise, involving universities, government agencies and professional societies.

Contribute to a team building scalable solutions, presenting real-time information to a global market.

Design, develop and deliver PC applications according to project requirements, set out in user stories.

Required skills:

Good collaborative communication skills

Minimum Bachelor within application programming and development (relevant industry experience will also be considered)

Good knowledge within DevOps, application efficiency

Hands on experience with object-oriented programming (C#, Java, C++, etc)

And/Or hands on experience with front end development (Typescript, Angular, React, SCSS etc)

Detail-oriented and structured

Proactive and creative

Ability to learn and develop new applications skills and programming languages

Ability to understand and author English documents with a high level of technical content.

Microsoft 365 knowledge

Ability to learn new systems.

Be able to learn and understand the quality systems and relevant processes for engineering.

Desirable Skills:

Knowledge of agile processes (e.g. Scrum / Kanban)

Good prototyping / design skills

The flexibility to work with international teams outside of normal working hours

Active participation with the programming community (forums, github, stackoverflow)

Experience with source control systems (git, svn, mercurial etc
