“We’re looking for a skilled Python Developer with Databricks expertise to join our team and take part in a high-impact project focused on transforming a working prototype into a production-grade solution. The main task will be to refactor and reimplement the solution in a robust, scalable way using Databricks and best coding practices.
This role involves a high level of ownership and active contribution to defining technical scope and design.”
Key responsibilities:
- Refactor and rewrite an existing Python prototype for production use
- Implement the solution within the Databricks environment
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and stakeholders to understand logic and improve performance
- Define and structure development tasks and deliverables
Required skills:
- Strong Python development experience
- Hands-on experience with Databricks and Spark
- Good understanding of software engineering principles and clean code practices
- Ability to work independently and define work scope in an evolving project
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with Databricks CI/CD and infrastructure automation tools
- Understanding Medalion architecture, ELT and other data-processing patterns.
