Vi ser etter en ressurs som kan komme inn relativt raskt og bistå vår kunde til minimum til 31.12 med mulig forlengelse. I stor grad handler stillingen om å være «ute i felt» og gjøre installasjoner ifm opprettelse av nye restauranter (POS-systemer, bestillingsskjermer o.l.), i tillegg til å være kontaktpunkt for support’en. Oppgavene er:

1. Active IT Support and Maintenance: 
• Serve as the go-to person for immediate, on-site IT support in restaurants.
• Conduct regular visits for system checks, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Address hardware, software, and network issues effectively.

2. Collaborative Support and Communication:
• Work alongside external support (OnlineCorner) and regional IT c
ounterparts for coordinated IT management.
• Offer remote support and troubleshoot issues when not on-site.

3. System and Network Oversight:
• Manage Oracle Simphony POS systems and FutureOrdering self-service kiosks.
• Utilize tools like rport and AnyDesk for workstation and POS/kiosk management.
• Maintain network stability, focusing on cloud-based solutions and security.

4. Project Participation:
• Engage in IT projects, especially those requiring hands-on implementation and oversig
ht.
• Collaborate with the EMC support team on backend platform challenges and solutions.

5. Documentation and Compliance:
• Keep accurate records of on-site activities, system updates, and changes.
• Ensure alignment with IT standards and legal requirements.
